Atlantic Ocean, U.S. East Coast – Continental Shelf Construction of New Master Planned Communities Emphasizing All-Around Safety and Highest-Quality Lifestyles
There are several peninsulas on the Atlantic Coast of the Eastern U.S. that are well-suited to the same type of engineering that was applied to the development of the Palms of Dubai. New technology now precludes the dangers of liquefaction.
To achieve a presence that doesn’t appear to be derivative of Dubai’s palms, a more American fireworks fractal pattern is the plan view image. Foreign investors have the advantage of aligning with the American identity thereby eliminating any negative association with perceptions of an unfavorable foreign persona. Maximization of desirable waterfront properties of high retail value is retained.
Further considerations of breakwaters and new technologies in hurricane protection are to be utilized to prepare new luxury developments implemented on the quieter Atlantic coast, particularly compared to the desirability, but relatively tumultuous and earthquake-prone Pacific Coast.
There are at least three possibilities located in the favorably warmer southern portion of the U.S.’s Eastern Seaboard. These peninsulas possess the following dimensions from 2.4 x 4.6 miles (3.8 x 7.4 Km), 3.5 x 5.7 miles (5.6 x 9.2 Km), and 4.5 x 8.6 miles (7.2 x 13.8 km)
Historical considerations and provisions for aquatic wildlife observation areas are to be implemented to maintain favor with the counties and their respective states. Other favorable historical notions influence the architectural vernacular to be emulated within the residential communities. Ideally, we will offer a range of architectural styles that represent a variety of preferred luxury designs.
Aquatic sports also provide a local cultural influence that serves to draw visitors and residents to the resort community. Elevated berms under the homes during the rough excavation allows for the deliberate creation of particular views from the luxury residences, and a good degree of safety from flooding. For those who prefer a view of water-to-city-to-ocean will have the advantage of viewing high-rise condos on the keys on the atoll that will house the on-the-water nightlife that will draw a broad range of ages to the islands.
Other views will be of the ocean and the wildlife preserves toward the mainland coast.
Boat tours, related excursions, and transportation between the island and the mainland provide easy access for residents, visitors, and prospective buyers and lessors to the island.
