This is a design that possesses a new luxury casino, which draws its luxurious character from the Monte Carlo Casino in Monaco. It bears adjacency to a new housing development directly across Hwy 95. The recreation at Cottonwood Cove Campground, Resort & Marina on Lake Mohave with jet skiing and other water sports is a pleasant 13-mile country drive due east on Hwy 164/Cottonwood Cove Rd.

I designed an 18-hole executive golf course, and a residential plan that would bear reciprocal benefit to the resort community and the existing local culture.

This area requires marketing and the amenities that I planned in that would benefit the existing Cottonwood residential development, and likely promote Searchlight to become the economic boon to this area of Southern Nevada that Laughlin and the elegant Henderson, NV have proven to have become.

The elegance and prestige that I apply to my master planned communities is complemented by the practicality of providing ample job creation and resort amenities that maintain locals’ interest and create an economic advantage of tourism. The Searchlight development stands to surpass Laughlin in quality if marketed properly.
